PLANNING AND ZONING: Rezone - To be Set (To be Heard 07/14/2015) - 29327 - Wayne Corbridge of Sego Homes, is requesting approval for a modification of the current zoning conditions of RM/zc (High-Density Residential/zc) zone to the RM/zc (High Density Residential/zc) zone to add residential uses and an overall height of 3 stories not to exceed 44 feet to the existing conditions to accommodate a townhome development project. Location: 4165 - 4195 South, 700 East. Community Council: Millcreek. Planner: Spencer W. Brimley Rezone - 2nd Reading - 29187 - Carl Oldham is requesting to rezone 1.34 acres of land. The current zone is A-1 (Agriculture) with a zoning condition that does not allow two family dwellings. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to C-3 (Commercial). Location: 2646 South 7200 West. Community Council: Magna. Planner: Spencer Hymas 29210 - Dan Cloward is requesting to rezone land. The parcel(s) proposed for the rezone add up to approximately 2.7 acres of land. The current zone is R-2-6.5 (Medium Density Residential) and the proposed rezone is to R-1-4 (Single Family Residential). Location: 3447 South 8000 West. Community Council: Magna. Planner: Spencer Hymas 29231 - Russell Platt is requesting that the subject property be rezoned to remove a zoning condition currently on the property. The current zoning is C-2/ZC (the 'ZC' is a zoning condition limiting uses to gas, convenience and grocery stores. There is also a condition that limits all signs to conditional uses and limits the height to 25'). The requested zone is C-2/zc (height limitation of 45 feet). Location: 3701 South Highland Drive.
