29187 - Carl Oldham is requesting to rezone 1.34 acres of land. The current zone is A-1 (Agriculture) with a zoning condition that does not allow two family dwellings. 29210 - Dan Cloward is requesting to rezone land. The parcel(s) proposed for the rezone add up to approximately 2.7 acres of land. 29231 - Russell Platt is requesting that the subject property be rezoned to remove a zoning condition currently on the property. The current zoning is C-2/ZC (the 'ZC' is a zoning condition limiting uses to gas, convenience and grocery stores.
