Description/Agenda: Notice of City Council Vacancy The Nibley City Council will hold a meeting to make an interim appointment to fill a vacancy on the Nibley City Council on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South. This vacancy comes as a result of Councilwoman Amber Whittaker moving out of Nibley with her family. Nibley City residents interested in applying for appointment to fill the vacancy may submit applications to City Manager/Recorder David Zook by the application deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday, June 26. Late applications will not be accepted. Application forms are posted at: www.nibleycity.com This appointment will be for approximately a six-month term and will be effective from July 9, 2015 until January 4, 2016. The seat is up for election and will be permanently filled in the 2015 Nibley City municipal election.
