10. At 6:30 p.m. conduct the following public hearings in the order below:
A. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on a request from Estanislado Caballero that the code, and the zoning map be amended to rezone his property at 4633 South Highway 89/91 from RA-1 to RA-1/2
B. Receive public input, then consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Sadie Subdivision (previously called the Parker Minor Subdivision) consisting of a total of 4 lots (3 additional building lots) on property at 124 West 500 South.
C. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the Interim Landscaping Code which as adopted by resolution be amended to reduce the required frontage setbacks at intersections where there are, or where there is planned traffic control lights on Highway 89/91
D. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a resolution authorizing the General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Stormwater Fund to permanently transfer funds to the Capital Projects Fund for the construction of a city office building and public works facilities
E. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2014/2015 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustment to balance budgets.
F. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2015/2016.
G. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2015/2016.
H. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a code amendment increasing culinary water rate by 3.4% or $1.00 per month for 3/4 inch and 1 inch meters, with other meter sizes increasing by said 3.4%
I. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a code amendment increasing sewer rates by 8.9% or $2.00 per month per dwelling unit, commercial or industrial users.
J. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2015/2016 certified tax rate.
K. Receive public input then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2015/2016 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Stormwater Fund.
L. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee In Lieu Of Water'; Dedicated Transfer upon development and or subdividing in 2015/2016
11. Discuss for possible approval of the purchase of a street mower
