- The following Wellsville City residents have filed a Declaration of Candiacy for the 3 council seats; Tom Maughan Carl P. Leatham Alan Sorensen Mary Ann Degn Gary Bates Wellsville City will NOT hold a primary election. General Election will be held in Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
