Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. and shall be conducted in the order below: 1. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the land use map, the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone additional property that is currently being used (within the fenced area) by South Valley R.V. Repair from RA-1 to CH, Highway Commercial. Said Property is at 252 East 760 South. 2. Receive public input, then consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Cooper Ridge Subdivision, consisting of a total of 9 lots on property on the West side of Center Street from approx. 1335 South 1419 South.
