AMENDED AGENDA KANARRAVILLE TOWN CORPORATION Kanarraville Town Board Meeting June 11, 2015 Kanarraville Town Hall 40 S. Main St. 7:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Call to Order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3, Roll Call. 4. Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. 5. Open public hearing to consider adoption of 2016 budget for the General Fund and Enterprise Fund and set the Property tax rate for the year. 6. Close Public Hearing. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS. 7. Approval of minutes from May 14, 2015 Town Board Meeting. 8. Action from public hearing to adopt Budgets for the General Fund and to set the Certified Tax Rate, Resolution # 06-11-15. 9. Gail Politica-Pitched roof on laundry building at camp ground. 10. David Kunzler-Request for a water hook-up to the Kanarraville Water system. 11. 2015 Elections-As Kanarraville has less than the exact number of candidates we could cancel the election. If not do we want the Iron County Clerk to provide the same service as 2013 by sending out ballots and counting them. 12. Jeff Fullman and solar panel installation at 172 W. 200 N. 13. Fire Department proposal to consider buying the Pugh Lot on 1st East for a new fire station. 14. Parking lot, hikers, signage and problems connected with Kanarra Falls. 15. Randy Murdock-Tree removal on 2nd West. 16. Camp Ground campers and dog poop on the playground. 17. Mary Wininger-Water problem and weed problem due to the parking lot-possible solutions. 18. Budget Review and expenditures approvals. 19. New Business 20. Town Board Reports. 21. Mayor Report. 22 Adjourn.
