- FARR WEST CITY NOTICE OF 2015 MUNICIPAL ELECTION AND CANDIDATES PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Farr West City will hold a General Election on November 3, 2015. The candidate names listed below are ordered in accordance with UCA ยง20A-6-305. City Council Candidates: Ken McCollum David C. Jay Ken Phippen Ted Black Tom Burkland In order to vote in the Farr West City Municipal Election, a voter must be registered within the Farr West City Municipality.
