- NOTICE OF SOLICITATION Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services For Projects with Federal Nexus The Washington County Water Conservancy District is interested in obtaining consulting services for the completion of documentation for a variety of possible projects with a federal nexus requiring environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act and related activities, including projects conducted by the Virgin River Program. Firms interested in being considered must submit a Statement of Qualifications and are invited to obtain a copy of the information packet from the offices of the WCWCD, 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, 84770 or by requesting a copy by emailing dougwilson@utah.gov. Deadline for submittal is June 29, 2015.
