- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from KT Arms LLP for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' for the sale of firearms and firearms transfers. A non-stocking distributor, out of his home at 1525 South 150 West.
