Description/Agenda: 1. Preliminary/final approval of amended site plan for Quad D properties to add additional north building at 2300 North Highway 89. 2. Discussion/action on amendments to Sign Regulations, Section 11.23 of the Land Use Ordinance, including recent municipal bills. 3. Consent approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes March 11, 2015. 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Planning commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning commission cannot take action on any item brought to the planning Commissions' attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. 5. Adjourn
