- GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. A proposed lot split request at approximately 165 North 100 East – Scott Stewart In compliance with ADA, citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to meeting.
