Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct 12 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearing shall begin at 6:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order:
1. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on a request from Estanislado Caballero that the code and zoning map be amended to rezone his property at 4633 South Highway 89/91 (tax I.D.'s 11-088-0009 & 11-088-0034 from RA-1 to RA-1/2
2. Receive public input, then consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Parker Minor Subdivision consisting of a total of 4 lots (3 additional building lots) on property at 124 West 500 South
3. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission whether to amend the Interim Landscaping Code which was adopted by resolution to reduce the required frontage landscaping at intersections where there are or where there is planned traffic lights in Highway 89/91. Amending 10-39-040-F and 10-39-130-A-2
4. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a resolution authorizing the General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund & Stormwater Fund to permanently transfer funds to the Capital Projects fund for the construction of a city office building and public works facilities
5. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2014/2015 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets
6. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2015/2016
7. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2015/2016
8. Receive public input then consider for adoption a code amendment increasing culinary water rates by 3.4% or $1.00 per month for 3/4 inch and 1 inch meters, with other size meters increasing by said 3.4%
9. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a code amendment increasing sewer rates by 8.9% or $2.00 per month per dwelling unit, commercial or industrial user
10. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2015/2016 certified tax rate
11. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2015/2016 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Stormwater Fund
12. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; Dedication Transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2015/2016
