MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2015 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on conditional use permit for a boutique at 289 North 2800 West by Vickie DeVries. 4. Discussion/action on Townhouse Estates PUD plat amendment 1045 South 1200 South by Gerald Hoth. 5. Discussion/action on final subdivision approval for Upland Ranches at 2375 West 200 South. 6. Discussion/action on expansion of conditional use permit by Regina S. Carver at 195 North 2250 West for additional parking and accommodations for private park. 7. Commission and staff follow-up. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about May 14, 2015.
