MEETING NOTICE

WEBER COUNTY TAX REVIEW COMMITTEE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Tax Review Committee meeting has been scheduled for January 11, 2010
at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Suite 360, Ogden, Utah.

1. LSN 09-024-0016 - Hamblin - Through an appeal for tax year 2009, it was discovered that the county had recorded the residential improvement with approximately 369 square feet of basement finished when there was framing only and some electrical work completed. The owner is requesting a refund for tax years 2004-2008.

2. 5128 - Wuenschel Concrete, Inc. - The owner is requesting that we refund overpayment monies from 2004 thru 2008 for equipment classified in the 500 code.
