- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order & Welcome – Mayor Hendrix Pledge of Allegiance & Opening Ceremony – Council Member Wilhelmsen Oaths of Office Administered – Bill Morris A. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS 1. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held December 22, 2009. B. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Complete annual disclosure statement. – Bill Morris 2. Update on impact fees for sanitary sewer and storm drain capital improvement plan. – Bill Morris 3. Report on Rice Creek Detention Basin impact fee reimbursement from North Ogden. –Bill Morris 4. Confirmation of appointments to Central Weber Sewer Improvement District Board of Trustees and Bona Vista Water Improvement Board. – Mayor Hendrix 5. Public Comments. 6. Mayor/Council Follow-up. 7. Adjournment. Posted at City Hall, faxed and emailed to neighboring cities, Weber County Library, Ogden Standard Examiner, posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, and delivered to each member of the governing body this 6th day of January, 2010.
