Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a request for a Small Scale Master Plan to allow a 67 unit single-family residential project at approximately 7612 Holden Street. This request is being made by Wasatch Kimpton Square, LLC/Ryan Peterson.
