PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Minor Site Plan Amendment- 389 South 1300 West (SAM WHITE'S LANE) Public Hearing to consider the request of Valley Properties to amend the doTerra site plan by adding an additional parking lot to the east of the existing parking lot on property located at approx. 389 South 1300 West in the Grove zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - located at approx. 439 South Pleasant Grove Blvd. (SAM WHITE'S LANE) Public Hearing to consider the request of Alan Higley for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a reception center on property located at approx. 439 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - located at approx. 4097 North 900 West (MANILA) Public Hearing to consider the request of Russell Fowles for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a barn to exceed the permitted height of 25'to approx. 32' in height on property located at 4097 North 900 West in the RAO (Rural Agriculture Overlay) zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - located at approx. 4145 North 900 West (MANILA) Public Hearing to consider the request of Russell Fowles for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an equipment garage to exceed the permitted height of 25' to approx. 29' in height on property located at 4145 North 900 West in the RAO (Rural Agriculture Overlay) zone. Public Hearing: Rezone - 100 South 1300 West (SAM WHITE'S LANE) Public Hearing to consider rezoning one acre from The Grove zone, Commercial Sales subdistrict to The Grove zone, Mixed Housing subdistrict on property located at approx. 100 South 1300 West in The Grove zone, Commercial Sales subdistrict. Public Hearing: Amend Site Plan - 100 North Main Street (OLD FORT) Public Hearing to consider the request of Lotus City Homes, LLC to amend the Allred's Downtown site plan on property approx. 100 North Main Street in the DV (Downtown Village) zone.
