Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said Hearings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval a request from David Kurek that the land use map and the zoning map be amended to rezone additional property he is currently using for South Valley R.V. Repair at 252 East 760 South be rezoned form RA-1 to CH, Highway Commercial 2. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the planning commission, then consider for possible approval a code amendment amending the City Code to reduce the front setback in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial, zone from 20 feet to 0 feet.
