NOTICE OF TAX SALE
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May 2015, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main, Richfield, in Sevier County, Utah, I will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, under the provisions of Section 59-2-1351.1, the following described real property located in the County and now delinquent and subject to tax sale. A bid for less than the total amount of taxes, interest, penalty and administrative costs which are a charge upon the real estate will not be accepted. No personal checks will be accepted in payment of bid. All bidders must register prior to the sale in the Sevier County Clerk’s Office, 250 North Main, Room 100, Richfield.
