Discussion and Possible Recommendation of the creation of an Agriculture Protection Area involving parcels PVR-1 (91.75 acres), PVR-2 (148.29 acres), PVR-3 (73.02 acres), and PVR-AGR (95.63 acres) located in the Pineview Ranch Subdivision on Mossy Oaks Road off of Chalk Creek Road; Fred Ahlstrom, Applicant – Ashley Koehler, County Planner 3. Public Hearing and Possible Recommendation of a Plat Amendment for the Bar Five S Subdivision Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, 4405 Woodenshoe Lane, Peoa, to adjust lot lines, and a road; Ron and Larry Stevens, Applicants – A. C. Caus, County Planner 4. Public Hearing and Possible Approval of a Plat Amendment for the Deer Crossing Subdivision of Promontory to combine Lots 10 & 11; Bob White, Applicant – A. C.
