Patron Comments
The Board will take public comment on items not listed on the agenda. In accordance with policy GP 110 Public Participation at Board Meetings, no more than 45 minutes will be allocated to patron comments in a Board meeting. Speakers will be given a maximum of three minutes to address the Board. The public should be aware that the Board is unable, by law, to deliberate or take action on items raised during the Patron Comment period. In those situations where large groups of people desire to address the Board on the same subject, the President may request that those groups select only one or two speakers from the group to address the Board on behalf of the group and shall be allocated up to six minutes to speak. The Board will not take public comment on personnel issues or statements regarding the character, professional competence, and the physical or mental health of an individual during Board meetings.

Discussion and possible action to approve bid to provide commodity processing for food allocated by the USDA food program for Nutrition Services Department. Total amount of recommended bid: $310,176.00.
B. Nutrition Services – Processing of Chicken Legs
Discussion and possible action to approve bid to provide commodity processing for food allocated by the USDA food program for Nutrition Services Department. Total amount of recommended bid: $87,736.00.
C. Nutrition Services – Processing of Beef

H. Transportation – GPS Vehicle Tracking Upgrade
Discussion and possible action to approve bid to purchase upgrade to GPS vehicle tracking system. Between now and the end of 2016, it will be necessary for Transportation to upgrade the Zonar GPS hardware, which use a V2 and V2J cellular network and change it to V3. After 2016, the V2 networks will no longer be available nor will there be any support for any units operating on a V2 system. Total amount of recommended bid: $64,860.00.
