NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF IRON STATE OF UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan Utah on Monday, the 27th Day of April, 2015 at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m. AGENDA 9:00 A.M. OPENING, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, REPORTS, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, DEPARTMENT REPORTS, (Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer, Recorder), ETC. 10:00 A.M. PUBLIC APPOINTMENTS 1. PUBLIC COMMENTS Three (3) Minute Time Limit per Speaker for Public Comment Participants. Should Not Repeat Others Comments. Only for Items Not on the Agenda. No Items Related to Commission's Role as an Appeal Board. Comments Should Be Directed to the Commission and No Attacks on Other Peoples' Character. 2. VACATE AND AMEND PARCELS IN CEDAR VALLEY ACRES SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, T35S, R11W, SLB&M. Requested by Dean Hyde. CONVENE AS IRON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY 3. ORDINANCE 2015-2 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF KITTY HAWK ROAD. 9. RATIFICATION OF EXTENSION OF CRUSHER CONTRACT WITH GILBERT DEVELOPMENT. Requested by Steve Platt. Carried forward from April 13, 2015 Iron County Commission meeting. 10. DISCUSSION AND DECISION REGARDING IRON COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT PLAN. 11. AGREEMENT REGARDING SALE OF DIVISION OF IRON COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES REAL ESTATE AND ASSETS. 12. RESOLUTION 2015-1 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF IRON COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES REAL ESTATE AND ASSETS. 13. DISCUSSION AND ACTION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH RECENT F.B.I. SECURITY AUDIT. 14. PERSONNEL A. SHERIFF 1. Request Approval for 2% increase per deputy retention policy for Deputy Shawn Peterson who is a certified K9 handler. NON-DELEGATED ITEMS 1.
