Description/Agenda
The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following public hearings: A. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Steven Bo Sharp for a conditional use to allow him to operate a part time business of hauling cars cased on property owned by Sharp Transportation at 390 North 900 East which is in the C-3 zone B. Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Monte Williams, that the code be amended to allow "Auctions" as a "Home Occupation" as a conditional use in an existing building in the RA-1 zone. C. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Wellsville City for a conditional use to allow for the construction of a City Office building at 75 East Main, which is in the the CN, Neighborhood Commercial zone, and allowed as a professional office per 10-9A-3 of the City code. D. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Wellsville City for a conditional use to allow the construction of public works buildings and facilities at approx. 325 West 200 South (commonly know as the City gravel pit). Said property is in the RA-1 zone, and public buildings and public utilities are allowed by conditional use per 10-6B-3. 7. Review for approval the Pioneer Divide Subdivision Final Plat of 2 residential building lots at approx. 160 East 400 North 8. Continued workshop on the new land use code, chapters 10.45 thru 10.54 9. Other zoning matters
