- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING September 23, 2008 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Wilhelmsen CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held September 9, 2008. c. Approval of business license(s). AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval for preliminary on the Wayne Taylor Subdivision – Wayne Taylor. 2. Discussion and/or approval for the FEMA Map Revision – Bill Morris. 3. Discussion and/or approval of Contract Amendment for City Administrator – Bill Morris. 4. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance # 401, An Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, Creating The Office and Position of City Administrator, Prescribing the Powers and Duties for Such; Limitation on such; compensation; Severability; and Providing and Effective Date – Bill Morris. 5. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance # 402 – An Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, Enacting Chapter 7.04 Relating to Public Grounds and Park Regulations; Severability; and Providing and Effective Date. Bill Morris 6. Discussion on Capital Improvement Plan – Bill Morris. 7. Public Comments. 8. Mayor/Council Follow-up a. Business license public hearing, fee study analysis, and ordinance scheduled for October 14, 2008. Adjournment
