- PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Garland City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the 2015 CDBG Small Cities Program as follows: Replacement and rehabilitation of sewer collection lines to fix infiltration with in the sewer collection system. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, and will be held at the Garland City Building, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah. Further information can be obtained by contacting Sharlet Anderson at (435) 257-3118.
