Citizens or employees desiring to address the Board shall sign-up, immediately prior to the beginning of the meeting with the student board member or designee. Speakers will be recognized by the presiding Board member in the order of sign-up and will be invited to comment on agenda items.
Persons speaking to the Board at Board meeting shall address remarks to the presiding Board member, and may direct questions or comments to the superintendent or other Board members only upon approval of the presiding Board member.
If no individuals have signed up to provide comment or the fifteen (15) minute time period has not expired, the presiding Board member may ask if anyone in attendance desires to make comment who has not already been heard. At the discretion of the presiding Board member, additional speakers will be recognized, identify themselves, and provide comments.
