MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2015 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business License: Marc's Master Mechanics, 795 West 12th Street. 4. Arbor Day Celebration - announcement of 1700 South restoration project in conjunction with the Community Development Block Grant program. 5. Mayor's Report: Quarterly Financial Statement. 6. Staff Report: Survey for the Solid Waste Recycling Program. 7. Call to Order of the Marriott-Slaterville Community Development and Renewal Agency. 8. Public hearing: on the draft Marriott-Slaterville Community Development Area Plan for a 43 acre area at the end of 1700 West off of 12th Street. 9. Discussion/action on public hearing. 10. Adjourn the Marriott-Slaterville Community Development and Renewal Agency. 11. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting an interlocal agreement with Weber County for 2015 election services. 12. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with the Utah State Tax Commission for tax collection services. 13. Discussion/action 14. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 15. Adjourn until May 21, 2015. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about April 9, 2015.
