Continued consideration for approval the Concept Plan for the Wellsville Landing Subdivision (previously called the Wellsville Heights Subdivision) consisting of a total of 11 lots on property on the North side of 300 South between 200 East and 300 East 8. Continued workshop on the new land use code, Chapters 10.40, 10.41 and 10.43 9. Other zoning matters
