- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the City Offices located at 75 East Main starting at 6:15 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input and answer questions regarding the City building a new City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville and the construction of a public works building at approx. 350 West 200 South.
