- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing as part of its meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 6:05 p.m. at the Wellsville City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The board will shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Arlan and Lee Brandt for a variance to allow an addition to their home at 30 South 100 East. Existing home has a South side yard of 2 1/2 feet and the code requires a 10 foot side yard.
