- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 7:00 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a Concept Plan for the Wellsville Heights Subdivision, consisting of a total of 11 lots on property on the North side of 300 South from 200 East to 300 East.
