- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a plat for the Payne Landing Lot Split, located at 251 West 2600 South. The hearing will be held Thursday, March 19, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at 455 West 3200 South, Nibley.
