- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2014 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request for a conditional use permit for a regulator station for Questar Gas located at 3178 North Pelican Drive All interested residents are invited to attend.
