Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a Conditional Use Permit: Travis Good is requesting a Conditional Use Permit at 424 south main. His business is The Original Side by Side. They will be selling motorcycle apparel. 3. Request for a Conditional sign Permit: Travis Good is requesting a Conditional Sign Permit at 424 south main. 4. Continue Public Hearing and Commission Review and Discussion of Proposed Amendments to Chapter 19 - Signs, and Specifically Signs Allowed in the Residential and Commercial-1 (R&C-1) Zone 5.
