The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 3, 2015: 1) Ray Hunsaker, of 720 Mountain View Drive and Paul Tullis, of 815 Stewart Hill Dr, have applied for a Conditional Use Permit from River Heights City to run a small non-profit business out of Bill Carson’s storage garage located at 708 E 600 S, River Heights. Mr. Hunsaker and Tullis make humanitarian toys. 2) Troy Siddoway, of 119 West 730 North, Logan has also applied for a Conditional Use Permit from River Heights to run a small business in the same location. Mr. Siddoway and his mother make art murals out of fossil stone. The hearings will be held at the River Heights City Building, 520 S 500 E and begin at 7:05 p.m. Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting, addressed to Commission Chair Rex Davidsavor.
