Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2015 Meeting Called to Order – Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments 2. Report from Planning Commission 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated February 5, 2015 4. Motion- Approval of Home Occupation Business License – Rennub Services LLC 5. Motion – Approval of Business License Renewal – Farr West Motors – Joe O’Keefe 6. Discussion/Action – WISCO Business License Request – Cory Wilkes 7. Motion – Approval of a conditional use permit for a kennel license for Tiffany Corson at 2487 North 2575 West – Tiffany Corson 8. Motion – Approval of the re-zone of the William Fox property, parcel numbers 19-040-0062 and 19-040-0058, located at 1957 North 2000 West, from the R-1-15 zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone – Bill Fox 9. Motion – Approval to vacate an easement in the McCrady Subdivision #2 – Andy McCrady 10. Motion – Preliminary Approval of the Hales Estates Subdivision located at approximately 2400 West 2400 North – Jim Flint 11. Discussion/Action – Moratorium on out buildings, accessory buildings or main buildings other than residences in any residential zone 12. Planning Commission Assignments 13.
