MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2015 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: Rugged Rentals, Inc., 1264 W 12th, Shed Sales 4. Presentation on Weber County Vote by Mail: Jennifer Morrell, County Elections. 5. Discussion/action on residential solid waste recycling. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2015-01 amending the Zoning Map from A-1 (Agriculture) to C-2P (Commercial) at 1582 South 1200 West. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution 2015-C setting 2015 legislative priorities. 8. Discussion/action on release of note and agreement for secondary water in consideration of Pioneer Management forfeiting secondary water fees to special district. 9. Discussion on telecommunication franchise agreements and fees. 10. Event planning: Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Slaterville Park at 10 AM. 11. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 12. Adjourn until March 19, 2015. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about February 12, 2015. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
