MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2014, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Election of 2015 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. Public hearing on Zoning Map Amendment at 1582 South 1200 West from A-1 to Commercial by Derrick Oman. 5. Discussion/action on public hearing. 6. Interpretation of Section 13.10.050 relating to 'Electronic equipment sales and service' and related electric uses as to whether such uses extend to an electrical contractor. 7. Discussion/action on site plan amendment at 1737 West 1350 South by Lynn Marchant. 8. Discussion/action on site plan amendment at 1343 West 12th Street for hotel addition at High County Inn and restaurant addition for Jeremiah's by Twelfth Street of Ogden, LP. 9. Discussion action on site plan for Assisted Living Facility at 1343 West 12th Street by Twelfth Street of Ogden, LP. 10. Commission and staff follow-up. 11. Adjourn. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about February 11, 2014.
