Roll Call (Commissioners Day, Munns, Tea, Hardy, Larsen, Christensen, and Munns) 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – November 19, 2009 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. HARPER WARD LDS CHURCH SUBDIVISION, SS07-028, located at approximately 3970 North HWY 38 in the Harper Ward area of Box Elder County. b. MICHAEL K. MUNSEE, Z09-005, rezone of property located at approximately 8823 South Highway 89 (Parcel 01-047-0006) to allow for expansion of existing storage units. c. RUBY PIPELINE, CUP09-024, construction of a compressor station in conjunction with the Rudy Pipeline Project (a 42-inch natural gas transmission pipeline). d. BARTO GRAVEL PIT, SP09-008, J Brad Barto, located three miles northwest of Promontory at approximately 8605 North Salt Hill Road. e. NISH ONE-LOT SUBDIVISION, SS09-017, (Ryan & Amy Nish) located at approximately 5000 West 20800 North in the Plymouth area of Box Elder County. f.
