Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 02/11/2015. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

16. SOUTH TENNIS COURT LIGHTING PROJECT—(#24C-2014) - Approval of final payment to BODEC, Inc. of $35,276.00. All work is finished under this contract.
17. 1900 EAST UTILITY INSTALLATION—(#1C-2014) - Approval of final payment to Jones and DeMille Engineering for construction engineering services. Original contract amount: $45,000; Change Order #1 (-$5,689.35); Final Contract Amount: $$39,310.65. Partial Payment #1: $12,693.85; #2: $5,447.00; #3: $18,540.05; Final Payment (#4): $2,629.75. Total Payments: $39,310.65.
18. Peck Striping. Project No. 12C-2014 - Report that traffic paint striping was performed last fall on City streets. Change Order #1 reflects as-built quantities with a deduction of <$1,377.35>. Payment #1 (final) was made in the amount of $17,296.15.
19. Public Surplus - It is proposed that City properties that are no longer of value to the City be declared surplus and sold at auction. See attached "Auction List 1/26/2015". The services of 'Public Surplus' company, www.publicsurplus.com, will be used to facilitate the sell with all proceeds of sold items forwarded to the City.
20. TOWN SQUARE PERIMETER PROJECT (Project 3C-2013) - Approval of Local Government Contract Modification with UDOT to combine Phase 1 funding with the reduced funding for Phase II. City's match for contribution of Phase II funding: $14,217. (Budgeted)
21. On-Call Materials Testing—Approval of agreement with Jones and DeMille Engineering for on-call compaction testing for various City projects.
22. TOWN SQUARE PERIMETER PROJECT (Project 3C-2013)—Approval of UDOT Consultant Services Local Government Contract Modification with Jones and DeMille Engineering to combine Phase I funding with the reduced funding for Phase II. Contract amount increased by $30,796.03 to new total of $65,647.81.
23. PUBLIC HEARING - Authorization to set a Public Hearing on February 25, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. to receive input on the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 mid-year budget revision.
