NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison Valley Swimming Pool Committee will hold a Meeting on Monday, February 9, 2015 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 5:30 p.m. 1) Omega Pool Information 2) Emergency Action Plan and AED 3) School Pool Accounts 4) Pool Fee Increases 5) Fee for Arthritis Class 6) Lifeguard Work Book 7) Contract on Swim Team Costs 8) Hiring a Part-time Morning Lifeguard 9) Review Long Term List Ideas for Future Pool Projects 10) Additional Items 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
