Receive public input, then consider for approval a Concept Plan for the Cooper Ridge Subdivision, consisting of a total of 13 lots (12 additional building lots) on property on the West side of Center Street from Approx. 1335 South 1419 South 7. Continued workshop on the new Land Use Code-Chapters 10.31, 10.34 and 10.35 8. Other zoning matters.
