- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING December 8, 2009 Work Session to be held at 6:30 pm Review 2009 Goals & Discussion 2010 Goals Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order & Welcome – Mayor Hendrix Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance – Council Member Tait A. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS 1. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held November 24, 2009. B. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion/action Cottages HOA on sewer and storm water issues. – Fred Oates 2. Discussion/action on Planning Commission reappointments. – Mayor Hendrix 3. Discussion/action on resolution for the extension of animal services. – Bill Morris 4. Discussion/action on employee 401k contribution rates. – Bill Morris 5. Public Comments. 6. Mayor/Council Follow-up. 7. Adjournment Posted at City Hall, faxed and emailed to neighboring cities, Weber County Library, Ogden Standard Examiner, posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, and delivered to each member of the governing body this 1st day of December, 2009. _______________________________ City Recorder
