Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting and Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Public Hearing: Receiving comment on Proposed Amendments to Chapter 19, Sign Standards, Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance, and including, but not limited to, Proposed Amendment to Table 19-1, Allowed Signs in the Residential and Commercial – 1 Zoning District. 3. Public Hearing: Application to Rezone the Property located on the South West Corner of 200 South and Main Street from the Existing Residential & Commercial – 1 Zone to the Central Commercial – 1 District, Mr. Von Hill, Applicant for Web Bank. 4. Exchange of Property and the Creation of New Legal Descriptions for Parcel No.S2219 and Parcel No.S2218 located generally at the South West Corner of 200 South and Main Street, Gunnison City, Utah. 5. Inquiry on Allowed Use of Property, Claudia Sanborn 6. Discuss and Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit for "Original Side by Side", Apparel Sales and Collision Center at Approximately 424 South Main, Travis Good 7.
