Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:05 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for adoption a resolution "Rules and Regulations Governing City Parks, Playgrounds, Recreational Facilities, and Other City owned Facilities. 8. At 6:15 p.m. meet with representatives of the Red Slide Subdivision to discuss the development of the park at the West side of the subdivision 9. Consider approving that no reservations will be made for any City owned facilities until after February 4, 2010 to allow the implementation of regulations to govern the use of the facilities 10. Department reports 11. City Manager/Recorders report
