NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. –Discussion of Women & Children’s Shelter at 11 South 100 East – Pamela Gregerson 2) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for September 3, 2008 3) 7:30 p.m. Request for Streetlight at 157 West Center – Richard Gillham 4) Zoning Permits for Wind River Petroleum 5) Sesquicentennial Plans – New Year’s Eve Concert, etc. 6) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 7) Bills and Adjustments 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
