NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Proposed Approval of Hiring Part-time Pool Lifeguards ~ Council Member Judy 4) Discuss and Proposed Approval of G-Hill Gate Installation 5) Review and Proposed Approval of Resolution 2015-1, Renewal of Enterprise Zone 6) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, November 19, 2014, Open and Closed Sessions and Tuesday, December 23, 2014, Open Session 7) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 8) Future Items 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
