- The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Jennifer J. Chambers-business license 8. Adoption of Resolution 2015-01 establishing duties, appointing personnel to statutory offices, and renewing appointments to the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Historic Commission 9. At 6:30 conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for approval a Concept Plan for the JJD Subdivision, consisting of a total of 2 residential building lots, on property on the South side of 400 North at approx. 160 East (the North portion of the old cheese plant property) 10. Discuss 2015 Municipal elections 11. Presentation by City Manager/Recorder on the City financial condition, and a proposal on fulfilling some of the City capital needs 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report.
