GUNNISON CITY, UTAH GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION – PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – – WEDNESDAY JANUARY 28, 2015 @ 7:00PM – GUNNISON CITY OFFICES PROPOSED REZONE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, 200 SOUTH AND MAIN STREET, GUNNISON UTAH AND KNOWN AS “RENAE’S DRIVE INN” The Gunnison City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, commencing at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at Gunnison City Offices, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah for the purpose of receiving comment on an Application to Rezone the Property located on the South West Corner of 200 South and Main Street from the Existing Residential & Commercial – 1 Zone to the Central Commercial – 1 District, Mr. Von Hill, Applicant for Web Bank. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the Public Hearing. Persons having any questions concerning this item may contact Janell Braithwaite, City Recorder (435) 528-7969 during normal office hours. A copy of the Rezone Application is available at Gunnison City Offices, located at 34 East 100 North, Gunnison City, Utah and online at http://gunnisoncity.org/ *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
