AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA/HEARING NOTICE JANUARY 21, 2015 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on January 21, 2015 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on the commercial site plan for Ken Garff Chevrolet located at 500 East Auto Mall Drive in the GC-2 Planned Commercial zone 3. Review and action on the final plat for Ken Garff Subdivision consisting of four lots located at 500 East Auto Mall Drive in the GC-2 Planned Commercial zone 4. Review and action on the Brad Reynolds American Fork City Annexation consisting of 18.45 acres and located at 725 West 200 South 5. Review and action on the final plat of 90 North Medical Office Condominiums Plat A, consisting of six units, located at 1248 East 90 North, in the PO-1 Professional Office zone 6. Review and action on the final plat of Copper Ridge at Northshore Corp. Center Phase 1 consisting of 4 lots located at 782 South Auto Mall Drive in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 7. Other Business: a. Discussion on Section 17.7.701 F.4 and F.6 of the American Fork City Development Code relating to storage of commercial vehicles and equipment 8. Site Plan Committee Report 9.
